A mini sequence of mine lol.
Working on my flexibility. I was always turned off by yoga coz I have horrible flexibility. I soon realized yoga is NOT all about stretching.
Breathing plays the biggest role in yoga. Inhale through your nose, exhale through your nose. The deeper your breath, the further into the stretch you can go, little by little. &it calms you. Don’t be afraid to breathe deeply. It wasnt until I focused on my breathing that I started picking up the arm balances quickly. For example: push ups. They’re hard, right? Do you forget to breathe when you do them sometimes? Think about it. Exercise is all about breathing properly and being mindful of what your body is capable and willing to do. It’s all a learning process and with time, you’ll grow.
Okay, sorry for the midnight rant about yoga. Lol
